So the other day I was working out with Fitness Jenn and she said, "How about we make a fun nutritional snack with Abs." I thought nutritional...(not really in my vocabulary) She said, "Peanut Butter, raisins and celery." She knows I love celery! I truly do! It was a lot of fun!
We have Fitness Jenn on the show monthly with a fitness tip of the month. She is teaching me and Abs that eating nutritional food can be fun! OK maybe a chocolate chip cookie thrown in there too...For Abby at least! Ants on a Log
Ingredients:
(4) 4 inch Celery Sticks
50 raisins
2 TBS Peanut Butter
Put 1/2 TBS on each 4 inch celery stick then top with 12-13 raisins.
