A Day With Fitness Jenn

Hi bloggers! Hope your day is going great! Today Abs and I went to Fitness Jenn's! www.fitnessjenn.com. Fitness Jenn is my work out person thingy who is so good with Abby. Surprisingly she's very patient. Fitness Jenn's gift certficates are available with The Morning Coffee Contest once a month. She'll help you get ready for Summer! Abby loves kickboxing and she's really good at it...better than Momma!

Spring is a great time. And Abby especially this year more than the last 2 years she's really beginning to see the beautiful flowers and trees. She helps me in the garden and she's officially our water girl...with the big hose, wow! And she loves corn on the cob. CUTE:)

Abby's Pink Eye

What looks like Huge Bee Stings and all stuck together togetherr? Abby's eyes with pink eye. It always starts in one eye then moves to the other. When Abs gets a cold it always goes to her eyes. If you have any home remedies for pink eye..I'd love to try them out...email me at sue@wobm.com. Eye drops in a 3 year old! Yikes.

Recently we spent the day at Storybook Land in Egg Harbor Township. What a nice park for little ones. It was clean and Abby felt like she ruled there. It was fun for her Mommy and Nanny and Poppy, too! A great place to visit this summer!

Mother's Day Camping Trip

Hi Bloggers....Our Mother's Day camping trip was awesome. Abby loved it! So if you've ever been camping you know you have to walk pretty far to the bathrooms...that was Abs favorite thing to do...other than that, it was great! And Abby falling into the pond and getting a marshmallow stuck in her hair and Mommy having to cut it out, It was great! The food was better outdoors. Ross cooked everything outside on the fire and our little grill we took...delicious! And usually we can't get Abby to eat alot. Out there she ate alot! We had this family of geese hanging out with us. A Mommy and Daddy and 5 babies. Adorable. There was a point I needed civilization and we went to the boardwalk in Atlantic City..Woooh it felt good to get out of the woods. What a great family experience we had! I would suggest it to anybody especially if you have little ones and older ones. It was a fantastic Mother's Day weekend for me...I hope you had the same!

Mother's Day Poem

Mom's I salute you! Growing up my Mom taught me how to cook and love everything...as I became a teenager I sort of forgot Mom..I know that sounds horrible..but you know what I mean...Now as an adult in my upper 30's---I can't live without my Mom's wonderful insight and her wonderful friendship. I love you Mom!

I only hope Abs will love me as much as I love my Mom! I can't go a day without calling her and hearing her laugh!

Being a Mother!

Somebody said it takes about six weeks to get back to normal after you've had a baby.
That Somebody doesn't know that once you're a mother, "Normal," is history.

Somebody said being a Mother is boring.... .....
That Somebody never rode ina car driven by a teenager witha driver's permit.

Somebody said if you're a "good" Mother, your child will turn out good.
That Somebody thinks a child comes with directions and a guarantee.

Somebody said "good "Mothers never raise their voices.
That Somebody never came out the back door just in time to see her child hit a golf ball through the neighbor's kitchen window.

Somebody said you don't need an education to be a mother.
That Somebody never helped a fourth grader with her Math.

Somebody said you can't love the fifth child as much as you love the first.
That Somebody doesn't have five children.

Somebody said a mother can find all the answers to her child-rearing questions in the books.
That Somebody never had a child stuff beans up his nose or in his ears.

Somebody said the hardest part of being a Mother is labor and delivery.
That Somebody never watched her "baby" get on the bus for the first day of Kindergarden.
Or on an airplane headed for military "boot camp."

Somebody said a Mother can stop worrying after her child gets married.
That Somebody doesn't know that marriage adds a new son or daughter-in-law to a Mother's heartstrings.

Somebody said a Mother's job is done when her last child leaves home.
That Somebody never had grandchildren.

Somebody said your Mother knows you love her, so you don't need to tell her.
That Somebody isn't a Mother!

Mother's Day Camping Trip

Happy Mothers Day! Mom's We love you! BIG Mother's Day weekend with Abs. We're going camping. Abby's first time. I'll take lots of pictures! Ross is so excited! So as you're sitting down to Brunch or a nice Dinner out...I'll be dirty and WET with a 3 year old...An advernture to remember! Thanks for all of your votes for the Pandora Charm Bracelet...YES YES!
