Father's Day In Philly

Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia is so great for kids! Abby and Cousin Simon were going crazy! What a great Father's Day Weekend! Great idea from Grandma!

Oh! Something funny to tell you..remember the last blog about Abs's biting! We go day by day and week by week..so far this week no biting. But it's funny because if she's not listening at school. Rhe teacher says, "I'm going to call Mommy." She says, "Abby says ok ok ok I'll listen don't call Mommy." Bribery is a wonderful thing!

We're getting ready to head on vacation. It was a vaction that my parents so wanted us to go on with them. They just turned 70 and as a birthday present asked if Abby and I would go with them to Las Vegas. Now you're asking...just like I was...what is 3 year old going to do in Vegas. I found lots of toddler exciting things to do, who knew? Yes I'm going with three 70 year olds and a 3 year old. They will all keep me on my toes. Can you imagine...Abby Cam in Vegas! It's going to be fun!

Abby Gets In Trouble

Oh geez....she got in trouble yesterday at school..And it was a bad one. Yep you guessed it she bit a little girl. She was put in the thinking chair at school and of course no fun at home..no swimming and NO TV !! When you go pick up your child from daycare or school and the teacher just looks at you with this blank stare and shaking his/her head, you know it's never a good thing. Abs tells me she was trying to clean up and the little girl just wouldn't clean up and was pulling a blanket out of her hand. And then I sat down and had this long conversation with her, remember she's 3, and no matter what the other girl or boy did, no biting or hitting is ever right. Does this mean my child is destructive? Do you think she needs a psychologist? Ok I'm just acting crazy now.! By the way the conversations with Abs are better and better everyday. She's human it's amazing! As I'm writing you this she's throwing up...because of a bad cough. Thank goodness for Daddy!

So about these charms...Abby and I went into Corinne Jewelers in Toms River about a month ago...It was a beautiful April Day and charm #1 has a beautiful flower on it..(Abby says)..we both loved that one. Charm # 2 - can you guess, YEP Abby loves snakes it looks like a snake. She loved that one. Charm # 3 - goofy and crazy---life with 3 year old. I loved that one.







And something new and exciting here at the Mommy Blog...Abby Cam..! It's basically a day in the life of a 3 year old. So much fun! The next Abby Cam...worms and cookies! My life now revolves around bright pink finger-nail polish that she needs to put on my nails and potato chips. Where did she learn to love potato chips..MMMM ( maybe Daddy)!
